Competence and conduct policy template

The Competence and Conduct Standard asks every registered provider to have a written policy on how it manages and develops the skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours of its staff, including the staff of organisations that work for it. This sample is for a made-up housing association with paid staff.

If your housing is run by volunteers, your version says so, and explains that unpaid volunteers are exempt from the qualification requirements.
