How do you count homes?
Count the social homes you own and let. Your price band comes from the number you enter. If it changes, the new price applies from your next renewal.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Setting up and previewing every document is free. You only pay when you want to download clean documents and letters.
Is VAT added?
No. We're not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
We have several registered entities. What do we pay?
Each organisation has its own subscription. For groups, contact us and we'll work out a price.
Can our managing agent or adviser use it for us?
Yes. Invite them to your organisation as an Editor or a Viewer.
