Code of conduct template for housing staff and volunteers

The Competence and Conduct Standard asks registered providers to develop or adopt a code of conduct for their staff and make sure it's embedded. This sample covers respect, honesty, safety, personal information, conflicts of interest, complaints and speaking up, with a section for each person to sign.
